1. Who grants this licence

This licence is granted by Deshenvale Ltd, trading as Pewterham ("we", "us"), a company registered in Scotland with company number SC900494, whose registered office is at 48 West George Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 1BP. "You" means the person who bought the books.

It covers every file of your download: each book's PDF and its interactive reading edition, whether you bought one book or The Interview Book Collection. The licence is the same whether you bought on our website, through our reseller Paddle, or on Etsy. The books are © Deshenvale Ltd 2026.

2. What you may do

3. What you may not do

4. What the books are

The books are general information about job interviews in the United States, written to help you prepare. They aren't legal, financial or career advice for your situation, and no book can promise an interview, a job or an offer. The people and organizations in them are invented. AI tools helped us write the books, and their illustrations were made with an AI image tool from descriptions we wrote, then chosen and arranged by us.

5. Updates and help

Updates to this version of the books are free. For help, email us at [email protected] or, if you bought on Etsy, message us there.

6. No warranty, and your rights

The books are provided "as is". We work hard to make every page right, but we cannot promise they will suit every purpose or open in every program. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in this licence limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

The books are a digital download. When you bought them, you asked for them to be supplied straight away and acknowledged that once the download starts you lose the 14-day right to cancel. This doesn't affect your other legal rights, for example if a file is faulty. Our terms and refunds say what happens if something is wrong.

7. If these terms are broken

If you break these terms, this licence ends and you must delete your copies of the files.

8. The law

This licence is governed by the laws of Scotland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the laws of the country where you live.
